Frequently Asked Questions

Most general and preventive care is available at all six clinics, including check-ups, cleans, fillings, crowns, children's dentistry and emergency care. Some treatments, such as care from our specialist periodontist, are based at particular clinics. If you are unsure, call your nearest clinic and we will tell you where the treatment is provided.

No. You can book directly with any of our clinics for any of our services, including implants and cosmetic treatment. A referral is only needed in specific cases where care is provided by an external specialist, and we will arrange that for you if it comes up.

You do not need to work that out beforehand. Book a check-up, and your dentist examines your teeth, gums and bite, takes x-rays where useful, and explains the options in plain language with a written quote. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.

Yes, and it is worth mentioning when you book so we can allow extra time. Practical measures make the biggest difference: a slower pace, a clear explanation before each step, an agreed hand signal to pause, and morning appointments. Talk to your dentist about what is appropriate for your situation.

Usually, yes. Family bookings are common, particularly for patients driving in from out of town, and we will try to group appointments together. Call your nearest clinic and let reception know how many people need seeing.
