Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You are a patient of the practice rather than of one building, so you can be seen wherever suits you. This matters for families who move between towns for work, or who are closer to a different clinic during the week than on weekends. Your records and x-rays follow you.
No. All six clinics run Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We keep time aside during the week for urgent problems, so if something comes up, call your nearest clinic as early in the day as you can.
For most care, no. Treatments such as check-ups, fillings, crowns, dentures, children's dentistry and implants are provided at the regional clinics, which is the point of having them. Where a treatment is only offered at a particular clinic, we tell you upfront rather than after you have made the trip.
Yes, parking is straightforward at all six locations. The regional clinics sit on the main street of their town, and the Townsville clinics are in the Kalynda Chase estate at Bohle Plains and on Thuringowa Drive near the Willows at Kirwan.
