Call your nearest clinic and follow the message, which will direct you. For severe facial swelling, swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or trauma involving more than the teeth, go to your nearest hospital emergency department rather than waiting for a dental appointment.
Bring your Medicare card, your private health fund card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take, including blood thinners and anything for osteoporosis. If you have been seen elsewhere recently, tell us and we can request your records and recent x-rays so they are not repeated.
Yes. Records and x-rays can be transferred to or from another practice on your written request. Tell us at your appointment or send us a note through this page, and we will handle the paperwork with the other practice for you.
